iLok activation codes are single use!
If you've already used your activation code before on another machine, you need to move your license within the iLok Licence Manager. If the product only allows one activation, you will need to deactivate it from your old machine to be able to activate it on a new one. The same rules apply to dongles and the cloud.
Check your Available Activations
If this is a legitimate error and it's your first attempt using the code, check the Available Activations tab within the iLok Licence Manager.
If the license is there, activate it as normal by dragging it to your desired location in the left panel.
Activation Code Reset
If the license isn't there, you will need to request a reset from the manufacturer.
