LRS ReVerend G Giant Pack is the TH-U expansion library, signed by Live Ready Sound, seeking to recreate the sound of an authentic ReVv Generator MKII 120 Watts head through many cabinets, mics, speakers, distortion pedals, and different tube choices in the preamplifier.
This flagship amplifier has 4 channels - from clean to crunch to ultra-high gain, everything is covered.
Each channel can be operated independently either with 10 or 120 watts of output power, so high gain sounds with output stage distortion are also possible at "moderate" volume.
The LRS ReVerend G contains 233 rigs, including 33 amp-only "direct" captures. The following speakers and microphone combinations have been used:
- Alnico Gold with an SM57 and PR20
- V30 with SM57 and Creamback H75 with R121
- Alnico Blue in an open back 1×12
- Brit 1960AV with SM57, MD421 and E609 mics
- Boogie OS cabinet with 70 watt V30s and C90 (Black Shadows)
- Redback and H30 with PR20, PR30 and SM57 mics
