Overloud SuperCabinet Library: CHP Bogie RCT 1x12 HDOG

Bogie RCT 1x12 HDOG is the Choptones SuperCabinet IR Library created by capturing a Mesa Boogie 1x12 Mini Rectifier 19 SL with Eminence Hempdog 12 speakers.

The cabinet is a slanted front, open back, Marine Grade Baltic Birch plywood construction, and a little but powerful Rectifier cab.

Pete Anderson designed the Eminence speaker used in this library by merging together the warmth of the Cannabis Rex with the top end of the Legend EM, creating a unique, powerful tone.

Captures for this library were performed with a motorized mic stand with 12 microphones, 8 to 16 positions for each microphone, and multiple Mic preamps, for more than 300 IRs globally.

Every microphone has been moved to 4 different horizontal positions (Cap, Cap Edge, Cone, and Cone Edge) and two distances, for a total of 8 IRs each.

For some microphones, the set of 8 measurements has been repeated with the microphone off-axis (45 deg).

All the measurement sets have been repeated twice, with two different Mic preamps: a Neve 1073 and a German preamp.
