Time Travel is an advanced audio processor that allows you to transform audio as if it were played in a wide range of technological epochs.

This range encompasses technologies from 1857 to the present era.

Time Travel is based on a three part paradigm: dynamics, frequency and physics.

When we select a certain year, we move at the same time the three parts that characterize the state of the sound, locating it on the time scale.

As simple as saying: "I want this audio material to sound as if it was produced, recorded and performed in a certain year."

The intention is also to travel. Time Travel implies a certain speed. That is why Time Travel has a speed parameter.

This speed is parameterized by technological epochs.

For example: we can go from the sound of a cassette tape from 1967 to a vinyl from 1930, or go back to a phonograph from 1879 and travel directly to a recording made in 2010 using digital Maximization and Spatialization techniques.

Possibly the most interesting part is that "the travel" happens in a smooth and stylized way, without jumps or artifacts.

The speed decides how fast our ride is.

Of course: you can use a devilish speed and experience the changes in a violent way.

Everything is possible.

Time Travel could be described as having a three-dimensional morph audio tool that allows to interpolate all aspects of the sound just by varying the year of recording and production.

What Devices Are Inside Time Travel

Time Travel allows you to travel from the year 1857, the year in which the Phonoautograph was invented.

From this year, several recording inventions evolved through the Phonograph.

Then, the first vinyl was invented.

It evolved for many years through a variety of materials and
manufacturing techniques.

At the same time, the mechanical supports had to be aided by electrical elements to transmit the information and be decoded into airborne sound waves.

These electrical elements (such as thermionic valves of different types, diodes, triodes, pentodes, and later, electronics (transistors, FETs, in different arrangements and morphologies) are also found in the cabinet of models that are inside Time Travel.

It is important to remember that stereo sound was commercialized in 1954 and of course, this is covered in Time Travel.

Tape technology is represented by the open reel magnetophone, the 8-track cartridges up to the RCA cassette tape.

Laser disk was produced in 1978 and a year later the first CD.

The digital evolution of audio went through many changes, some to improve and others to optimize its size (MP3).

These changes would make the sound quality change as well.

With the advent and massification of digital audio, digital signal processing algorithms also defined many parameters of audio production.
