Audio Modeling is excited to release the all-new SWAM VariFlute, the first instrument in their new Discovery line of physically modeled instruments designed to make the power of Audio Modeling's physical modeling technology accessible to everyone.
Created to be both a playground and a launchpad, VariFlute is a versatile virtual aerophone capable of morphing into a vast range of flutes and pipe instruments - recorders, bansuris, pan flutes, shakuhachis, and imaginative hybrids - thanks to deep control over tube type, material, size, and acoustic behavior.
With the VariFlute, you can adjust every physical characteristic of the instrument including:
