Is the PluginFox website secure?

Absolutely.

Our ecommerce provider Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. In short, this means it meets the standards set by the Payment Card Industry. Our website also has a valid SHA-2 SSL/TLS certificate issued by the Let's Encrypt authority.

How can I pay?

For our customers worldwide, we have two payment providers, PayPal and Stripe.

You can choose to pay with your debit/credit card through either of the two providers, a PayPal account is not required.

Cards accepted by PayPal include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I get my product?

Instant Delivery

Most software products we sell are available on your order status page immediately after you place your order.

After you place your order, your order confirmation email will also contain the link to your order status page.

Manual Delivery

Some products require manual processing. These products will be delivered to you via email.

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us. This email will contain your serial code for the product(s) (if applicable) and a link to our instructions page on how to download, install and register your software.

When will I receive my product?

Some products are available for instant delivery. If you purchase one of these products with the Instant Delivery badge on its product page, the email will be sent to you automatically with your licence code (if applicable).

For products without the Instant Delivery badge, they will be processed manually by humans. We aim to send your product(s) as quick as is humanly possible.

Some brands can only be processed during "normal" office hours Monday-Friday.

Where is my license email?

Probably in your junk/spam box.

We use multiple different types of license fulfilment, and because of this some emails may reach you, some may not. If the product(s) you ordered are "Instant Delivery" and you haven't received the email within a few minutes of your order, chances are your email provider has junked it, or blocked it completely.

If you don't have the license email, get in touch with us through our live chat or email support@pluginfox.com, and we'll send the email over to you manually.

What's an iLok and why do I need one?

An iLok is a USB key that stores licenses for software.

Its purpose is to prevent piracy and also to make it convenient to transport licenses between multiple systems. Some software brands support iLok Machine Licensing, where you can store the license on your local machine itself instead of the USB key. Any software that requires an iLok will display the relevant icon on its product page.
